JIPMER MBBS 2020 will provide an opportunity to those students who are striving hard to get their admission in the MBBS programme. Through JIPMER MBBS 2020, they will get admission in JIPMER Puducherry and JIPMER Karaikal. It may be noted here that 150 MBBS seats are available at JIPMER Puducherry, while JIPMER Karaikal has merely 50 seats.

JIPMER MBBS 2020 online registration has started from 7th March on the official website. Candidates interested in applying for the same can follow the instructions below and apply online on or before 13th April 2020.

JIPMER is scheduled to organize the JIPMER MBBS 2020 Entrance Exam on 3rd June 2020.

JIPMER University has released JIPMER Entrance Exam application form for 2020 on 1st Nov, 2020. Students can apply JIPMER exam application form till 15th March 2020. The JIPMER Application Form will be Available on JIPMER University official website.

How to Apply:

Registration:

  • Visit the official website – http://jipmer.edu.in/
  • Click on ‘Click Here’ given in front of ‘Apply Online for JIPMER MBBS 2020’
  • Register yourself and then login using your User Id and Password

Filling the application form:

  • When Complete the registration, candidates have to fill JIPMER 2020 application form. All details provided in the JIPMER 2020 application form have to be valid.
  • Then, Fill the Personal details, Education details and other required details

Uploading Scanned Documents:

  • Candidates need to upload their passport size photograph & signature as per the mentioned specifications.

Payment of Application Fee:

  • Candidates have to pay the application fee through debit card, credit card, net banking.
  • Now, candidates have to download & take print out of the filled in application form.

Eligibility

Students must have to check the eligibility criteria before applying for JIPMER 2020 exam. The eligibility criteria for appearing JIPMER exam is given below:

  • Higher/Senior Secondary with Biology/Biotechnology to be eligible for JIPMER MBBS 2020 exam, the candidate must have completed Higher/Senior Secondary Exam or any other exam which is equivalent to 10+2 after a 12 year period of study, the last two years of such study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (which shall include practical elements in all these subjects) or any other elective with English.
  • The candidate must have passed in Chemistry, Physics, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually and must have 60% marks taken together in Chemistry, Physics, Biology/Biotechnology in the qualifying examination.
  • For candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/OPH category, minimum marks requirement is 50%.
  • Those applying for JIPMER MBBS 2020 must have completed 17 years of age as on December 31, 2020. There is no upper age limit.

Counselling:

  • JIPMER 2020 counselling will be conducted after announcement of results by JIPMER University. JIPMER 2020 Counselling will be expected to begin 27th Jun 2020. Counselling is conducted in 4 rounds.
    • 1st Round Counselling - 27th – 29th Jun 2020
    • 2nd Round Counselling - 25th Jul 2020
    • 3rd Round Counselling - 20th Aug 2020

Both are good. But in which institution, you are pursuing these PGs makes the difference.

And also depends on your goal. In general Engineering with MBA is a good combination.

If you want to pursue M.Tech., make sure that you are doing it in a good institution and good specialization.

You should be clear what you want to do. If you are not clear even at the time of completing graduation, you should meet a career counselor.
